Recipe Reblog: Potatoes & Kale

It's been awhile since I turned you guys onto a new recipe. I've been cooking, just nothing extra special to write about......until now.

Roasted Potatoes and Kale : This amazing side dish comes from What's Cookin', Chicago? and it is a winner! It comes together easily but tastes like you put a lot of effort into it. For those who think they don't like kale, give it a shot anyway. This is a nice dip-your-toe-in-the-kale-deep-end dish because roasting it in the oven and pairing it with the yukon golds with simple seasonings really brings out the best in kale. For those who actually don't like kale, you can easily eat around it and just enjoy some sensational roasted potatoes. I paired this with some steaks from the grill. It's the perfect grilling side because you can throw it in the oven and then go do your work over the flame. Just try it. Promise you'll like it!
