Where is the summer going? I'm going to miss all this fresh produce. I need to move somewhere where the growing season lasts all year long.
Salsa Fresca: I've never made salsa before. Can you believe that? When we planted our tomatoes this year I had visions of salsa every day. Sadly, the tomatoes that I thought would grow to twice the size of my fist, never really made it bigger than my one year old nephew's hand.
